Our experienced engineers develop jointly with you customer-specific solutions which are entirely focused on your needs and requirements. While doing so we place particular emphasis on individual consultations to ensure that materials and tools are selected custom-made for your application. In addition to processing of standard plastics we offer injection moulding of high-performance thermoplastics, particularly of compounds for components with high tribological stress.

We achieve sophisticated tolerance specifications through the downstream polishing of the injection-moulded plastic items in our internal plastids polishing department. The items are deburred and washed before feeding them into final inspection. The FRÖTEK sites Großbreitenbach/Germany and Wuxi/China offer clean rooms for manufacturing. The relating cleanliness tests are performed in our internal laboratory. Products which require particular assembly efforts e. g. inserts, can be assembled at the site of our subsidiary Nematech which is ISO TS 16949 certified. (www.nematech.hu).
